A controlled strength class focused on building upper body power and stability through slow, intentional movements. Using light to moderate dumbbells, we work the arms, shoulders, back, and core emphasising good posture, control, and muscular endurance. Expect slower tempos, longer time under tension, and deep, effective strength work. Suitable for all levels.
