Shoulder & Wrist Mobility
This session focuses on improving shoulder and wrist mobility. We use a stick, broom, or band for a series of movements designed to enhance your range of motion. We work through shoulder flexion, extension, elevation, depression, and rotation, ensuring your core is engaged throughout. We then move to wrist circles, forwards and back, fingertip stretches, and strengthening exercises to build resilience.
