Shoulder Strength & Stability
A focused class designed to build strength around the shoulders while improving stability, control and posture. Through slow, precise movements, we target the rotator cuff, upper back and core to support healthy, resilient shoulders. Ideal if you experience shoulder tension, upper body weakness, or want to improve posture and upper body strength. You will need some resistance bands and light dumbbells. Suitable for all levels.
