Improving shoulder stability in plank positions. I explore techniques to combat rounded shoulders and associated pain by focusing on opening the chest, retracting shoulder blades, and activating the serratus anterior. I demonstrate exercises against a wall, in a four-point kneeling position, and in a full plank to build strength and endurance.
