Resistance Band Pilates
This class focuses on resistance band work to build strength and tone. We start with a grounding exercise and then move through exercises that target the glutes, hamstrings, core, back, and arms, with options to use either a long or short resistance band. We'll also explore some challenging core work, including rotational movements and planks, finishing with stretches to release the muscles.
