Quick Stretch
This is a quick stretch routine designed to target multiple areas. We begin with a lunge to open the hips and chest, followed by a hamstring stretch to lengthen the back of the legs. We also include a glute stretch and a chest opener. The routine finishes with a down dog to stretch the hamstrings and back, leaving you feeling refreshed.
