This is a power-focused workout that builds strength and stability. We begin by connecting with our breath and core, before moving into glute bridges with dynamic arm and leg movements. We then transition to standing lunges, focusing on reverse lunges with arm rows and leg lifts to challenge balance and core engagement. The session continues with exercises targeting the obliques and core, including side planks and mountain climbers. We finish with some gentle stretching to aid recovery.
