Morning Movement
A gentle wake-up for your body. We focus on spinal mobility and core activation, starting on all fours to mobilise the hips and shoulders. We then move through spinal waves, focusing on shoulder blade movement, before finding strength in a plank. We then explore hip flexor stretches and open up the chest and shoulders. The session concludes with some balance work and a gentle inversion to finish.
