Lower Body Slow Burn
This session focuses on building strength and endurance in your lower body through slow, controlled movements. We'll work on single leg balances, side leg lifts, and back leg extensions to target key muscle groups, followed by sumo holds and lunges to really engage your glutes and inner thighs. We finish with some glute bridge variations to further activate your posterior chain.
