HIIT Pilates
This class combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. We'll move through a Pilates-focused flow, interspersed with short bursts of intense cardio. Using a resistance band and optional light weights, we'll focus on core engagement, controlled movements, and an elevated heart rate.
