This session focuses on building strength and stability in your feet, ankles, knees, and hips. We'll work through exercises designed to improve your foot strength, which in turn supports your entire kinetic chain. It's a technical class, so grab a pen and paper to jot down the movements – consistency is key for seeing real results. We'll use weights and resistance bands for progression, but you can absolutely do this without equipment.
