This is a low-impact cardio and strength session designed to get your heart rate up and build heat. We'll move through dynamic exercises focusing on form and control, incorporating optional light dumbbells and a chair for added resistance and support. Expect a mix of bursts of faster movement, lower body work, and upper body and core engagement, all aimed at building strength and flexibility.
