This Barre Burn workout focuses on building strength and control, using just a chair for support. We begin with a focus on core connection and small movements to warm up the lower body, progressing to more dynamic exercises that target the glutes, thighs, and calves. Throughout the session, we pay close attention to form and engagement, incorporating single-leg work to challenge balance and stability, and finishing with upper body exercises to enhance posture and strength.
