Slow Full Body Strength
This session focuses on building slow, controlled strength throughout your entire body. We blend bodyweight exercises with lighter dumbbells to challenge your muscles effectively, using longer work periods to really connect with each movement and build your body awareness. We'll work through a series of exercises, and you can repeat them if you feel you want to build further endurance.
