I guide you through exercises like deadlifts, squats, and a compound movement combining several exercises. We'll also work on lower body and core strength with exercises like mountain climbers and reverse lunges. My focus is on proper form and progressive overload, encouraging you to challenge yourself with heavier weights as you get stronger.
