This Full Body Strength session focuses on building power and stability through a dynamic mix of exercises. We start by activating your core and flowing through functional movements, then move into a challenging circuit designed to elevate your heart rate and muscular endurance. The latter part of the class incorporates weighted exercises that target major muscle groups, progressively increasing intensity to help you build lean strength. We finish with a short, active cool-down to help your body recover.
