Full Body Strength
This workout focuses on full-body strength with continuous movement. We'll be using lighter dumbbells to keep the pace up, combining upper and lower body exercises that engage your core. I'll guide you through a warm-up, focusing on spinal mobility and core activation, before moving into dynamic strength exercises like reverse lunges with overhead presses, single-leg deadlifts with bicep curls, and renegade rows with push-ups. We'll finish with a circuit-style EMOM to keep the heart rate elevated and build endurance. Remember to listen to your body, modify as needed, and focus on mindful movement.
