Hip Release
A class focused on releasing and opening the hips. We begin by lying on our backs to explore internal rotation of the hips and gentle dynamic movements. Then, we move into variations of happy baby and butterfly poses to create space and length through the hips and pelvis. The session progresses to explore movement in tabletop, including hip circles and spinal undulations, before transitioning to seated twists and hip openers. We conclude with a wide squat and further internal rotation work to encourage a sense of ease and freedom in the hips.
