Hip Mobility & Knee Strength
This session focuses on hip mobility and knee strength. We begin on our backs, exploring gentle twists and targeted movements for the hips, before progressing to more dynamic exercises on the mat. Later, we move through a sequence that challenges balance and strengthens the glutes and core, while also opening up the hips. The class finishes with standing work that incorporates hip opening and strengthening, leaving you feeling more mobile and resilient.
