Full Body Strength
This session focuses on full-body strength building. We start with core activation and then move through a series of compound movements, including lower body and upper body exercises, using dumbbells. Expect to engage your core throughout, with a focus on proper form and progressive overload to help you build strength. We finish with some mobility work to aid recovery.
