Full Body Pilates Strong
This class focuses on building full-body strength and control. We start with a dynamic mat workout, focusing on core engagement and challenging your stability with contralateral movements. We then transition to a standing sequence incorporating squats and hamstring work, followed by upper body strength with push-up variations. The session concludes with targeted work for the glutes and obliques, and some flowing transitions to elevate your heart rate, leaving you feeling strong and lengthened.
