10-min full body burn
A short but effective 10-minute full body Pilates workout designed to strengthen, tone and energise your whole body. Using a resistance band and light dumbbells to add a little extra challenge, but every exercise can also be done equipment-free, making it accessible for all levels. Expect a focus on form, posture and alignment throughout, while still getting a really effective workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected and empowered! Modifications are offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels good for your body. A great class to give you a feel for my teaching style and approach to mindful movement.
