This class focuses on strong, held positions to build core strength. We'll work on keeping your pelvis tucked and your tummy scooped throughout, with plenty of leg activation for an added challenge. You can use a low stool or box to sit on, or simply do these exercises on the floor with your feet anchored under a sofa. We build up intensity by adding arm positions and focusing on controlled crunches, finishing with lateral holds to target your obliques.
