Spine Mobility
A focus on spine mobility, using your core to deepen movement and control. We start seated, then move through controlled rolls and rotations, building strength and awareness. Later, we work on inverting the body and engaging the core to control the descent. Finally, we finish with a series of small, powerful crunches to further target the abdominal muscles.
