This session focuses on strengthening your core to "bulletproof" your lower back. We'll work on activating your deep core muscles, improving your posterior chain strength through glute activation and hamstring work, and building stability with plank variations and side planks. We'll also incorporate hip abduction and compound movements like squats to support your back.
