Beginners Pilates
This class focuses on building a strong foundation with gentle spine twists, pelvic tilts, and core activation. We work on bringing your legs into a tabletop position, engaging your core, and then focus on controlled movements. We explore heel drives, spine rolls, and then move into push-up variations and side planks to build upper body and core strength. The session concludes with a full plank hold and some freeing movements for the spine.
