Beginners Pilates
This workout focuses on activating your core and improving your posture. We begin by connecting with our breath to engage the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Then, we move through a series of controlled movements to strengthen the spine and build stability. Finally, we focus on opening the chest and strengthening the glutes and sides, finishing with a standing calf raise.
