Barre with Band
This session focuses on using resistance bands to sculpt and strengthen your body. We move through a series of exercises targeting the glutes, legs, and core, incorporating squats, lunges, and upper body work. The band adds an extra challenge, encouraging deeper muscle engagement and promoting those lovely straight lines we're aiming for.
