This session focuses on strengthening your back and arms. We begin by activating and strengthening your upper back muscles to improve posture and open the chest. Throughout the workout, we'll engage your core to support your movements, focusing on controlled extensions and strengthening the posterior chain. We'll also work on shoulder stability and arm strength through various movements, including circles and controlled presses. I encourage you to focus on feeling the muscles work and adapting the movements to suit your body today.
