14 Days Beginners

New to Pilates or getting back into it?
This 14-day programme is the perfect place to start. You’ll build strength, improve posture, and learn the fundamentals—step by step. Each session is short, accessible, and designed to help you feel confident, connected, and strong in your body. All you’ll need is an exercise mat. You will find four workouts. On the days between workouts, I recommend staying active—go for a walk, a run, or try the stretch class if you feel like it. In week two, repeat the workouts and enjoy noticing how much stronger and more familiar they feel the second time around!
