14 Days Intermediate

The 14-Day Intermediate Programme is designed to challenge and strengthen your body with more dynamic movement and deeper core connection. You’ll continue to build on the fundamentals while increasing intensity and control. All you’ll need is an exercise mat. You will find four energising workouts. On the days between workouts, stay active with a walk, run, or the stretch class if you feel like moving gently. In week two, repeat the workouts and notice how your strength, confidence, and precision have grown.
